Lost my journaling for this day – don’t know how but I did. So I’ll just say that we had an amazing tour of St. Lucia with Baptiste as our guide for Cosol Tours. He took us around the island showing us some highlights, tasting fresh bananas picked from the tree and local island cuisine. He was a wonderful guide!
The second half of the tour included a couple of hours swimming at a beach with the Pitons overlooking. It was magnificent. The water was perfect, atmosphere relaxing and the company the best. We could’ve stayed there all day.
On the way back to the ship we had an adult beverage … And stopped at the mud baths – wasn’t quite brave enough to tackle that. The Tortaille Waterfall was close by where you could clean off from the mud bath. Holy cow that water was cold!
All in all, it was a great day. St. Lucia is a beautiful island and we got to know it a little better thanks to such a wonderful guide!
